Preservatives are products that protect wines from oxidation and microbial spoilage:
• SO2 gas: In returnable 25, 35, 45 or 50 kg bottles.
• SP SOLUTION for hygienic bungs: this 6 % SO2 solution contains a coloured indicator that shows the saturation of the solution and indicates when it should be replaced.
• OENOSTERYL®EFFERVESCENT: Potassium metabisulfite tablets that release 2 or 5 g SO2. The blister pack ensures better protection and preservation. It facilitates rapid adjustment of SO2 levels in barrels and small containers. This product makes it easy to dose musts with sulfur dioxide evenly as they come out of the press.
• REDOXY PLUS: A synergistic preservative for bottled white and Rosé wines. It avoids oxidation, reinforces the efficiency of free SO2, reduces the risks of iron casse, and increases protection from microbes.
