• Treatments against oxidation phenomena. VINICLAR :
Press wines and treating browning due to oxidation. The
active agent is PVPP (Polyvinyl polypyrolidone) in the form of a
white powder. Selectively eliminates the low molecular-weight phenolic
compounds partly responsible for oxidative browning. Improves wine
colour and flavour. May also be used to treat white wines that have
acquired a pinkish hue. |
