GUM ARABIC:


Stabivin SP: Solution of arabic gum, specially filtered and purified, made from selected premium raw material

STABIVIN: A filtered, purified solution of "100% Khordofan" gum arabic.

STABIFIX: A filtered, purified gum arabic solution.

 

It may be used before or after final filtration.

Dosage: 70 to 100 mL/hL


OENOGOM INSTANT®: OENOGUM INSTANT® is produced after purification in a liquid phase to remove the impurities in order to get less than 0.1% of insoluble material.
The physical treatment of “instantaneisation”, which involves no additives during the process, has been specifically designed to allow OENOGUM INSTANT® to dissolve completely and quickly in wine or water.
OENOGOM INSTANT does not contain any additives or preservatives (S02)
Dosage: 20 to 100 g/hL

 

METATARTARIC ACID : Inhibits tartrate precipitation.

Usual dosage: 10g/hL

 

POLYTARTRYL soluble: Index 35/37. May be added at the final filtration stage.

POLYTARTRYL 40: Index 40. Add a few hours before final filtration and bottling.

POLYTARTRYL 40 / 42: Index 40/42. The highest esterification rate. Must be added 24 hours before final filtration.


BENTONITE:

MICROCOL (powder or granules): Used to eliminate proteins and prevent protein casse in white and rosé wines.
Dosage: from 20 to 100g/hL.

 

MICROCOL ALPHA:

Specifications:

Natural micro-granular sodium bentonite having a strong protein adsorption action, intended for stabilization and clarification of must and wines with activity over a wide pH spectrum.
Microcol Alpha has been specifically selected for:
• Strong protein adsorption power of temperature sensitive proteins over a wide pH range.
• Stability of the electrical charge load.
• Excellent compaction of lees (important clarifying power).
• Capacity to preserve aromatic intensity of the wine.
• Improved wine brightness and colour.
Dosage
Treatment of musts: 40 to 80 g/hL (400-800 ppm)
White and rosé wines: 30-60 g/hL (300-600 ppm)
In the case of young red wines, the use of Microcol Alpha can eliminate unstable colouring matter (5-10 g/hL (50-100 ppm)
