SILIGEL®

A colloidal solution of silicon dioxide (30%), used principally for expediting floculation and settling.

SILIGEL® is recommended: :
  • For Botrytis-affected juices and musts.
  • In combination with other fining agents.

SILIGEL® is a natural product by an elevated charge density at the pH of wine.
SILIGEL® can also be used on other beverages (fruit juices, ciders, beers...).
